Daniel Donovan has studied various forms of religion, philosophy, psychology and spirituality over the past 18 years, both by formal education and experience. These studies include: immersion into Eastern modalities; Kundalini Yoga; Middle Eastern; Eastern and Western Mystery Schools; and over a decade of personal and group Chakra work. By traveling the world he has gained a unique and eclectic blend of teaching that incorporates practical practice with a deeply spiritual, creative, and inspiring perspective. He is also a well know visionary painter, and conscious event and music producer in Colorado. Daniel uses his telepathic gift to help others find their Inner Shaman. He offers monthly workshops as well as one-on-one sessions.
Daniel has experienced and been trained in many forms of breathwork including Amazonian, Tibetan, and Pranayama. He believes that mastering the breath is essential to any energy, metaphysical, or esoteric practice. In order to learn how to recognize and move energy, working with the breath is our primary tool. In addition to all of his breathwork knowledge, Daniel also brings his musical magic to the creation of BE FREE Transformational Breathwork. All BE FREE Transformational Breathwork sessions are accompanied by a set of music that is both stylistically and theoretically designed to move the breather through the Chakras, from the Root to the Crown. The music sets are also infused with Chakra Binaural Beats. Binaural beats, or binaural tones, are specific sound vibrations which correlate with the physical vibrations of the chakras. When two tones at slightly different frequencies are presented simultaneously (one in each of the subjects ears), the brain produces a phenomenon resulting in low-frequency pulsations which then activates the specific Chakra (or energy center) of the body. The subtle Binaural Beats used in the breathwork music mixes are infused by Daniel to add another layer of musical alchemy and expansion to the experience.
After beginning to work with the breath in his early twenties, Daniel was next guided to explore the Chakras. This led to a deeper knowledge of the life processes which we all experience. In learning and experiencing the Chakras, on both a physical and esoteric level, Daniel was inspired to continue diving into this ancient practice, while integrating them with practical and current psychological beliefs. Coupled with the breath, Chakra work was the best form of “therapy” he had ever encountered. Soon after, he began to channel new modes of thought and practices concerning the Chakras. These progressive Chakra modalities include Reciprocal Chakra Energy Dynamics and Interdependent Chakra Relationship Dynamics. While majoring in music, he also was inspired to learn how sound can heal us in all of our Aspects of Experience; physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. This was, and still is, the catalyst for the Chakra Sound Healing Journeys he provides as a service to people who may not know that sound can heal.
In 2002, some major phenomena manifested in Daniel. He began hearing the thoughts of others audibly, and although at first this was a frightening experience, it was soon accepted by him as a gift, which he would further develop. In popular terms he was labeled as a psychic, telepath, empath, clairvoyant and clairsentient. Opening up to the Unified Field of the Universe, which contains all information and energy without time, he also started to experience prophetic dreams, astral travel, past lives and communication with interdimensional beings. Currently he aids people in these esoteric gifts by guiding them through various forms of Past Life Regression. Daniel has, and continues to, guide people through Primordial Regression, Animal, Earthly, Interdimensional, and even Intergalactic Past/Future Life Regression. His view of past life regression sessions is important to this practice: Daniel believes that merely experiencing or remembering past lives is not sufficient, the client must gain an understanding of how the knowledge can aide them NOW. While guiding the subject into an altered state, without using hypnosis, he “stands” beside the client while he/she experiences memories from past lives as a point of reference and teaches him/her to access this dimension by oneself. When not practice and fulfilling his soul purpose as a Shaman, leading people to their own Inner Shaman, Daniel enjoys painting, singing, yoga, spending time with his children, dancing, and making people laugh.
