Ford's Background:

As a corporate business leader, Ford gained valuable coaching experience by mentoring graduate students in hospital management and MBA programs for five different universities. Ford is the founding partner of the company and has achieved outstanding success for both large and small companies throughout his career. A graduate of Carnegie Mellon University's Master's program in management, Ford is passionate about helping individuals and businesses achieve their full potential by passing on his own business knowledge. Ford has been recognized as a Top 100 coach in ActionCOACH's global franchise of coaches and has served as a global trainer of new coaches in the franchise.

Prior to launching ActionCOACH Tampa Bay, Ford served for six years as president and CEO of St. Anthony's Health Care in St. Petersburg, Fla. and Executive Vice President for the 10 Hospital, BayCare Health System. During his tenure, he made significant improvements in many areas, including a $40 million hospital renovation, the addition of a $37 million outpatient center and the successful development of five new businesses in joint ownership with physicians. Previously, as regional vice president of materials management for the BayCare Health System, he implemented numerous best practices that resulted in more than $30 million in savings per year for the health system.
