Roy Wilkinson

Roy Wilkinson is a senior healthcare executive, writer, speaker, futurist and consultant.

Roy has over 35+ years of employee benefit consulting experience and began his professional career studying to become an actuary. In 1990, he envisioned the day when healthcare would grow to become one of the nation's leading economic and business issues and focused his attention exclusively on healthcare-related ventures. He has been the Founder and CEO of three healthcare services companies, including a healthcare information technology firm that developed one of the first electronic prescribing applications for physician practices. He has also served as Vice-Chairman of one of the country's leading non-profit patient assistance programs that provided prescription drugs free of charge to needy patients. Additionally, Mr. Wilkinson has served as an officer and senior healthcare consultant, including the Health & Welfare Practice Leader, for two national actuarial benefit consulting firms. Currently he is President and CEO of Wilkinson Benefit Consultants, a pharmacy benefit consulting firm located in Los Angeles, California.
