Phil Bennett

My name is Phil Bennett. I am a Strength and Conditioning coach primarily to combat athletes. I stand 6ft 6 inches tall, weigh roughly 250lbs and have an awesome ginger beard!

My main focus is allowing individuals to get stronger and fitter with whatever they have available.

No need for a fancy gym.

No need for expensive supplements.

I train and write about getting fit using bodyweight, kettlebells, sandbags, stones, rocks, logs, basically anything that is around.

I want people to get fit, knowing that they already have the tools available to do so.
