Alexander Hay

Alexander John Hay has been practicing law since 1992 with a focus on international commerce, business structuring, asset protection, and immigration. His special emphasis is on assisting foreigners doing business in the USA.

He also has been working to create various games including war games, board games, and role playing games.

He received his undergraduate degree from Harvard University, and his law degree from the University of Houston. He was the senior partner at Hay & Associates for fifteen years directing the operations of numerous lawyers and support personnel, and now operates an exclusive boutique business consultancy.
