Aaron Poh

Aaron Poh is a strategic advisor, fractional COO, entrepreneur, and co-author of SPSS Statistics For Dummies.

Aaron began his career at the intersection of analytics, technology, and management consulting before expanding into enterprise strategy, transformation, organizational effectiveness, and business operations. His career has included work with organizations including Booz Allen Hamilton, Sodexo, Hilton Worldwide, and FINRA.

Today, Aaron is the founder of Aspen Strategy Group, where he advises founders, executives, and leadership teams on strategy execution, operating models, organizational design, transformation, and building the systems required to turn strategic priorities into results.

He is also the founder of Aspen Strategy Collective, a platform focused on helping leaders and operators strengthen strategic discipline and execution.

Aaron holds a Master of Engineering Management from Duke University and a Bachelor of Science from Johns Hopkins University.
