Nicole Welch

Nicole is a life strategist and the Host of Get Heart Radio radio show and the Founder of Fuel Your Life, LLC. She is a public speaker and author who has spent half her life teaching and showing people how to use their God given instincts and emotions combined with her field tested strategies to connect quickly, influence at a higher level and achieve more in any encounter.

When she says field-tested, she really means it.

She spent 3 years living in one of the most violent countries in Central America, Honduras.

She and her Husband worked with gang members and started a Teen Challenge from the ground up (literally).

She has also worked one-on-one with clients as a therapist on several psychiatric units and in private therapy for over 17 years.

Her and her husband are both Entrepreneurs that have started several successful businesses and they love to help others start their own.

She has been married for 21 years and loves being with her family and kids.

Not only does Nicole consult with Influential Leaders in Business, Marketing and Personal Development, but she has worked with people and Organizations around the world in places like Central America, Africa and Australia.

Nicole's philosophy of relationships being "real, risky, and raw" was birthed out of seeing so many people struggling to communicate clearly and concisely their purpose and goals. She sees so many unhealthy and unproductive businesses because of poor communication and misinterpretation.

With her Psychology Education and background experience of other cultures due to living abroad for several years, Nicole can really "hear" what is going on with people. Nicole knows that the more clear and sharp you are as a listener and speaker, better results are produced faster.

Her authority lies in the psychology of identity, communication, and leadership.
