Julie Boyer is passionate about helping her clients to build an amazing life, built on a foundation of gratitude and optimal cellular health. She wrote her first book, 30 Days of Gratitude in 2013, following a traumatic miscarriage at 15 weeks gestation. The book was her way of healing and has since helped thousands across the globe to enrich their daily gratitude practice. Since October 2013 she has also been sending out a daily gratitude reminder via email to hundreds worldwide. Her second book, a Kindle version of the 30 Day Whole Body Detox Recipe and Guidebook was first written in 2012. This is the 4th edition and the first one to be widely available via Kindle. This program has helped hundreds of people across North America to create new healthy lifestyle habits and shed weight along the way.
