Jessica Watts

California native Jessica Watts is an artist and author of illustrated book(s) aimed at a grown-up audience, and also of children with exceptionally refined tastes. Several defining moments from the author's childhood shaped her unique artistic voice, most notably, being marooned on a desert island for 15 years, discovering she was a long lost Russian princess, and being the inventor of the inverted macaroni noodle. Such milestones contributed to a very active imagination, or, perhaps, it is the other way around.

With her first book released June of 2015, Ms Watts has heralded as "An author to watch...as she looks pretty sketchy."
