Susan C. Ball

Dr. Ball has cared for HIV patients for over 20 years. In addition to a Masters in Public Health, she has a Masters in Narrative Medicine. She is involved in teaching Narrative Medicine and Reflective Practice at the Weill Cornell Medical College in New York City. "Voices in the Band" is targeted to all readers, for an inside view of what doctors and patients experienced dealing with HIV in the 1990s. Dr. Ball lives and works in New York City with her partner and their two sons and their dog.
