Matthew Don

Matthew Don was born in Tucson, Arizona in 1986. In 2015, he published his first novella, A Celebration of the History of Celebrating History, an adult comedy and coming of age story in which one reviewer stated he has, “no clue what it is about.”

After a long hiatus, Matthew returned to writing and, along with his brother and illustrator Christopher Don, released the Adventures of Luca and Kai: The Moon Queen in 2024. This middle grade sci-fi fantasy chronicles the beginning of two brothers’ journey into a universe as big as their imaginations.
