From the Author

In 2015, I decided to publish an eBook of my poetry writing under the name of my personal mantra, natural flowism, which to me means a freedom of being.

After becoming a blogger in 2014, writing a book from behind the scenes of freedom... from layout to editing(both of which I found deeply challenging) felt like an absolute disaster until I became confident about what I was doing.

One book quickly led to a series of books as my biographical poetry, and incident abstract sometimes spiritualist portraiture art became self-healing automatically written novelettes, poetry dialogues, dramas, a series of questions, free flow therapy journals, and diaries.

Below the Grassroots There is currently no big budget or profit behind this book series. There are no best seller listings, styles, or applications.

These books are self funded, and are about being born into a family abused, and abused and a family attached too, experiencing and forced to respond to the day to day real-life violating violent survival of baby child incest molestation and rape continuums, violence, psychological torture and coercion, criminal act encouragement, financial abuse poverty assault deprivation threats and intimidation, control, false and wrongful accusations, a lack of adequate representation legal or otherwise, stalker legal political media and medical misrepresentations infiltrations, imprisonment, rape and rape resulting in pregnancy, rape culture, addiction and promiscuity, inadequate laws, dangerous legal services, bad math structures of authority constitutional and otherwise, very hostile interactions filled with and fuelled by resentment; high scale manipulations, jealousy, hate crime language codes of communication, malicious intent and the enforcement of silences in all forms, stalking, assault, drive by stalking, group stalking, institutional inaccurate legal attempts at diagnosis, grooming, religious persecution stalking, scapegoating, confirmation bias, continual targeting, mobbing, a culture of stalking in the workplace, and in housing with immigration from and too a hostile environment and all of the traumatic damaging and debilitating long lasting effects that has, plus, pressures from all of the disruptive unwanted disturbing attentions and incidents causing harrowing rejection abandonment traumas, and even revenge within already disintegrating, and even grief stricken relationships where recognised and unrecognised injury has lead to a  limited ability to fully perceive any abuse as having taken place contributing to an inability to communicate any criminal and domestic abusive incidents, and offenses coherently, or effectively which in turn can lead too, and leave a life time of challenging experiences as unrecognised, unnoticed, and unreported as such playing a big role in generationally traumatising all our lives as a family, specifically, our brain health whether we can or cannot see it, feel it, or admit to it as that, or not.

These works are all created and inspired by traumatic growth, life in general, holidays, and incidents, mostly based in the UK.
