Joseph R. Mulhern

Joseph R. Mulhern Ed.D has several decades experience as a rehabilitation counselor, case manager and forensic consultant. That experience includes work with individuals diagnosed with traumatic brain injury in community reentry and vocational rehabilitation programs.He taught Rehabilitation Counseling in the California State University system.

Dr Mulhern holds a bachelors degree in Social Work and a masters degree in Counseling Psychology from Temple University and a doctorate in Human Development from New York University. He has published articles in Rehabilitation Counseling journals and legal periodicals.

He lives in Long Beach, California.
