Michelle Bogan Feferman's passion is helping organizations succeed by creating workplaces where everyone can perform at their best. As Founder and CEO of Equity At Work™, she is known for creating innovative, customized workplace solutions that address today's challenges around bias, psychological safety, AI, insularity, and constant change.

Michelle's book Do DEI Right is a winner of the BookFest Award for business, leadership, and culture writing, and the Next Generation Indie Book Awards for social justice writing. Michelle also co-hosts the globally top-ranked podcast Your DEI Minute™, available everywhere you listen to podcasts. Each episode provides actions you can take in 15 minutes or less.

Before founding her own business, Michelle’s 25-year career spanned roles at The Walt Disney Company, Kurt Salmon, Macy’s, Inc., and Accenture. She is an Investment Committee member for RevTech Venture Capital and an Advisory Board member to AI pioneer Theatro. Michelle’s thought leadership has been featured in Forbes, Entrepreneur, Bloomberg, and more.

Outside of work, Michelle loves to travel, be outdoors, do photography, and spend time with her family and friends. Michelle is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley.
