Biljana Mickov

Biljana Mickov is a cultural researcher, editor, writer and consultant. She graduated from the University of Novi Sad. She also has a degree in European Diploma in Cultural Project Management (Marcel Hicter Foundation), Brussels (supported by UNESCO and the European Commission). Biljana is editor of magazine for contemporary culture, entitled New Thought. Also, she is engaged in projects for the Museum of Contemporary Art and Institute of Culture,Vojvodina. Her work has been published in Barcelona, United Kingdom, France and Serbia. She is member of Culutre21: Action and European Expert Network on Culture (EENC).The EENC has been set up at the initiative of the European Commission Directorate General for Education and Culture. The project comprises a group of high-level experts in the field of cultural policy who provide reports and studies. Her work is primarily dedicated to research and development of cultural policies and contemporary management in cooperation with local authorities.
