Steve Carlson

Steve's eclectic background ranges from working as an Au Pair in Germany to drug testing athletes for the Olympics, to also serving as a high school youth pastor in Colorado. In his twenties Steve lived and studied in numerous locations around Europe and in the United States. During this sojourning season of life, he developed a keen interest in history, politics, cultures, and languages. More than that, he gained a framework for engaging these subjects in the context of faith. In writing the Future Perfect series, Steve has been able to use this framework to creatively explore how morality, faith, apologetics, fate, and free-will might have intersected in the ancient past and how such intersection might relate to the present and future of our own world. Steve enjoys living in the beautiful state of Colorado with his wife and children.
