Michael Baum

Michael Baum is the former Owner and Executive Director of Fox Mountain Adventures, a sleep-away summer camp in San Diego for ages 10-17. Michael works as a consultant for multiple local youth programs and is a frequent speaker on youth development, leadership, and team development.

Michael was awarded San Diego's 30 Under 30 award for his work with local youth and safe operation of adventure programming. Michael is a lifelong San Diegan, and enjoys coaching and performing improvisational comedy, hiking, and putting together incredible adventures!
