Les Goldberg

Les M. Goldberg’s professional titles include founder, chief executive officer, and president, but a more accurate description is that he is the driving force behind one of the entertainment technology services industry’s leading players.

He started LMG in 1984 at the age of 17 with a $5,000 loan from his grandfather. LMG has grown from a small video equipment rental operation to a global leader in show technology, touring, and systems integration.

In 2014, Les created Entertainment Technology Partners (ETP), a parent company to a collection of exceptional brands in the industry. ETP’s first acquisition was LMG. Under his guidance, the company has implemented a strategic acquisition plan that will support its brands as they take their performance to ever-higher levels.

Les is the author of When All the Stars Align: Create a Life Where Great Things Happen and Don’t Take No for An Answer: Anything is Possible.

In addition to being an industry leader and active in the community, Les is a devoted family man. He makes his home in Orlando with his wife and their three children.
