Patricia Hopper

I am a native of Dublin, Ireland, and reside in West Virginia. My family of two brothers and three sisters is spread between three continents. We stay in close contact through social media. After moving to WV, I earned a B.A. and an M.A. from West Virginia University (WVU) while raising my family. I received literary honors from WVU and numerous awards from the West Virginia Writers’ annual competition. My first venture as a novelist consists of a three-part historical trilogy about a nineteenth century Irish-American family. Kilpara is the first novel in the series, followed by Corrib Red. Aunjel is the final novel in the series. In addition to my historical family saga series, I am the author of romance/suspence novels Hearts Apart, Home In My Heart, and Cupid’s Strings.
