John E. Gore

After being manager of the Electrical Engineering department of a multinational company in Canada, John returned to Australia and commenced his theological training at Morling Theological College in Sydney. He was ordained in 1981. In subsequent years he pastored churches in NSW as well as spending time on staff at an international Bible College in Germany. It was during this time in Europe that he found he had an affinity with African students and that they were drawn to him. A desire to train pastors in the less developed areas of Africa began to grow and it became obvious that this was from God. John founded Leadership Development Ministries Inc. and commenced training pastors in Burundi in 2004. Other invitations followed and he now ministers in four countries in Central and East Africa, as well as Nepal and Bangladesh. John has self-published many books for those he trains. One of them, A New Look at the Last Things, has been published in English by Wipf and Stock in the USA.
