Steven D. Davis

Steven D. Davis is an author, photographer and public speaker. His writing often serves as a vehicle for his advocacy efforts; Davis is the founder of On River Time, a nonprofit that uses fly fishing to change the lives of children who have survived abuse and neglect.

Davis has a way of disarming readers by presenting the rough, humorous edges of folksy characters, yet he always writes with a deeper purpose.

Steven grew up in the piney woods of Texas and graduated from the University of Texas at Austin. He lives in Birmingham Alabama.
