John Holley

John Holley is a writer and creator. He has written professionally for print, television and digital media on a variety of topics. His work includes over a dozen books in the areas of mindfulness, fitness and healthy cooking. Beyond this work he has chronicled the history of NASCAR, penned restaurant reviews, created marketing literature, and written short stories and poetry.

John’s passion is apparent during his appearances on Talk of the Town and Better at Midday and at events across the country such as the Breakthrough Health Retreat and the Men’s Health Get Healthy Tour. He is also a frequent speaker as the leader of programs such as “Holiday Survivor,” “Living the Healthy Life,” “No Gain, No Pain,” and “Mindful Weight Loss.”
