She is a Lean In Global Leader providing leadership training for gender equity at the executive level in organizations and government. She is the Founder of Lean In ATX a 35 Circles network and the founder of the STEMinists Circle providing leadership education to increase executive level gender equity in organizations and government.

Angelis co-authored, produced, and published 'The Coaching Science Practitioner Handbook' to encourage knowledge creation through scientific research in the coaching discipline, knowledge translation to create innovative processes and tools, and knowledge implementation for socioeconomic impact worldwide.
