Nancy Schroeder

I'm a Mother of four children and Grammie to four children. I'm originally from Massachusetts but have been transplanted all over the United States. I moved to St. Louis, Missouri 16 years ago and call it home.

I proudly served in the U.S. Navy from 1978-1986 and am a former military wife of 20 years. I attended U.C.S.D. in La Jolla, CA and Florissant Valley Community College, Florissant, MO for business and art.

As an award winning artist, my works have been exhibited in Las Vegas NV, Santa Fe NM and all over the St. Louis Region. My floral art exposes the magnificent internal structure of single blooms. On November 6, 2014 my first children"s book To Dance With The Butterflies was released with Mirror Publishing. Beginning June 1, 2015, I'm connecting the dots of Reading Aloud Together in the Ferguson-Florissant School District playgrounds. This free literacy program inspires reading, and supports St. Louis libraries and local booksellers.
