J'Sat Necolle

J'Sat Necolle (pronounced Ja-Zhat) is an African American author of African American Romance /Fiction. She was born and raised in Soperton, Georgia, a rural area in south Georgia. She now resides in Atlanta, Georgia with her family.

Throughout her youth and early adulthood, J'Sat used poetry writing as a way to relieve stress and to help her cope with lost loved ones, broken hearts and missed opportunities. In 2014, J'Sat began writing fictional stories depicting the trials and tribulations affecting relationships in her community as a way of passing time and to serve as a distraction from the relentless entrepreneur duties of her retail bakery.

Once she released all inhibitions, a wonderful story that all women can relate to quickly evolved and "Still Got Joy" was born. She self-published her debut novel in April 2015 and has gained the attention of women everywhere, of all ages and ethnicities.

J'Sat uses real world experiences, traumas. and ideologies to create fictional characters and stories that incite emotional connections for readers that weave into an impactful story-telling experience. One that continues far beyond the last page-until the next J'Sat Necolle experience.
