Richard L. (Rick) Fulton is co-author (with Dr. John Autry), of 'A Journey of Wonder' for elementary school age children. He also is co-author of two business books with Dr. Richard Maddock: 'Motivation, Emotions, and Leadership' and 'Marketing to the Mind' (USA and Chinese Editions), both titles published by ABC-Clio/Greenwood Publishing.

Rick Fulton is the Senior Consultant-Executive Leadership Coach for The Who We Are Counts® Institute. The Who We Are Counts® Institute provides Executive Coaching focused on Leadership, Performance Management and Interim Management. The Who We Are Counts® Institute provides its services for Industry and Government. The Who We Are Counts® Institute is a GSA MAS Schedule Contractor.Fulton has over 30 years of senior management experience, including experience serving as a President or Vice President of Manufacturing, Operations, Sales, and Human Resources for USA and Global multi-site operations. At present, and since 2015, as a GSA Contractor, Rick manages & delivers Executive Coaching-Leadership Training for the Department of Labor in Washington, DC. Rick also has concurrently served as the Interim Manager or Director of Human Resources or Operations for various manufacturing companies.
