Damon Fay

Damon Fay is a retired Sergeant with the Albuquerque Police Department. A veteran of 24 plus sworn years, Fay is currently an active Reserve Officer as well. APD is one of the largest police departments in the southwest region of the United States. And in a border state, every style of crime and criminal passes through Albuquerque. Fay was a primary case agent for homicides, police officer involved shootings and major violent crime cases for more than 14 years. He was a supervisor for an officer involved shooting investigations team and assisted in tracking of some of the regions most violent criminals. He lectures and teaches investigations, threat assessment, weapons skills and self-defense.
