Ivette Desai has a passion for health, life, food and fitness. She is a Certified Health Coach, Reiki Master,Culinary Chef and published author. She decided to become a Holistic Health Coach to fulfill her desire to work with individuals and corporations to improve their health and lifestyle initiatives. She focuses on helping her clients promote programs to lose weight, gain control of emotional eating, increase energy, decrease stress levels and inflammation, and decrease work place absenteeism, resulting in increased productivity. She achieves this through programs which assist clients in understanding how to nourish their body, mind and spirit so that they can identify what truly fuels them so they can live an energetic and happy life. As part of her services and programs she offers 4 online whole food seasonal cleanses per year.

Ivette's business, The Total Health Coach, LLC is based in Mountain Lakes, NJ, but she services clients worldwide via skype and phone. Ivette leads workshops on nutrition, cooking and stress reduction and lifestyle and offers health and nutrition coaching to individuals and groups. She has presented at Whole Foods Markets, Various Chambers of Commerce Events, Conferences, Corporations and various gyms.

Ivette received her training at The Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York City. She is certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. She is also a Certified Corporate Wellness Consultant from Well.org, Reiki Master and has an M.B.A. Additionally she has furthered her education in hormonal balancing coursework with Dr. Sara Gottfried, author of "The Hormone Cure". She also is Certified by ReplenishPDX for the Holistic Nutrition Lab: Digestive Intensive developed by Andrea Nakayama.
