Most recently, as executive director of Living Room in Atlanta, he turned a $28,000 deficit into a $131,000 surplus in just twelve months and nearly doubled the organization's fund balance over a five-year period. Under his leadership, the organization's budget also grew by approximately 25% to over $2.5 million. While executive director of the William Way LGBT Community Center in Philadelphia, he led the organization from a $78,000 deficit to a $130,000 surplus over a two year period, grew the organization's operating and capital budgets from $250,000 to over $800,000, raised over $1 million in capital funding, and increased major donors from 31 to more than 80.
In addition to extensive CEO experience, Goldenburg also has more than a decade of fundraising experience.
