Brett A. Blair

Dr. Brett Blair is the founder and president of Best Life Global, LLC. Best Life Global is a high-performance coaching and consulting firm headquartered in Durham, North Carolina. Brett is also the founding partner of Sanford Rose Associates, an executive search firm based in Brighton, Michigan. Brett holds a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, an MBA-Finance from Tennessee State University, and a BS-Industrial Engineering from the University of Missouri. Brett also studied at Sophia University in Tokyo, Japan. Before founding Best Life Global, Brett enjoyed a 25-year corporate career in international business. Brett’s passion is helping people, and he has real-world experience and practical perspectives from which to help professionals in various industries and during all seasons of life. Brett has a unique perspective on personal growth and happiness. He is recognized for his ability to lead others to maximize their potential through living a life of purpose, balance, and significance. He enjoys coaching people through a transformative process of self-discovery, thought observation, and modification of thinking patterns. Brett is a relentless optimist, has strong faith in God, believes that the world is abundant, beautiful, and full of new opportunities, and that each day brings the promise of renewal and a new beginning.
