Grace de Rond writes about effective living through focused thought, blogging at gracederond.com and contributing to sites including Thrive Global, The Good Men Project and HuffPost. She is American, and her husband/coauthor, Ron de Rond, is from Amsterdam. He saw her photo on a book cover three decades ago and traveled to America to find her. The inspiration for their writing comes from their blended bicultural family, their corporate-coaching and teaching with professionals, couples and families, and their lifelong studies of the mind-body-spirit connection. Their focus is on how we can achieve success from the inside out, by consciously using our inner worlds to shape our outer worlds.
Grace was steeped in transcendental philosophies from an early age. She has covered the spiritual gamut from walking on fire with Tony Robbins, to attending a workshop with the Dalai Lama, to working at the Edgar Cayce Foundation, to living on an Israeli kibbutz and spending Christmas Eve in Bethlehem, to living in a spiritual community and cooking for visiting luminaries like Buckminster Fuller, Findhorn’s Peter and Eileen Caddy and Elizabeth Kubler-Ross. She discovered her lifelong teacher, Paul Solomon, at age 22. And she continues to share his work with an expanding audience through her books and articles.
Ron is a medical doctor turned international boardroom trainer. His focus is on leadership, effective management and enhanced team performance, plus the core principles of creating desired reality, managing constructive self-talk, choosing thoughts and emotions effectively, and utilizing deeper understanding and inspiration as drivers for decision-making. He has found that when core and corporate are balanced, meaning that our inherent purpose is in harmony with our outer expression, there is a natural transfer of inner knowing to outer doing. And he is passionate about helping people combine their intuitive intelligence with trained skills in order to resolve challenges and make a positive difference.
