Nancy Jensen

About the Authors:

Nancy Jensen, is an author, inspirational speaker and pastoral counselor. Her first book, Take Back Dating: 100 Date Ideas for Building Relationships and Have a Blast While Doing It, was written with Jake Jensen, her husband of 35 years.

Nancy has worked with teenagers and families in the field of mental health and ministry for over 30 years, and with her husband, has served churches in London, England and across the United States.

The Jensens moved to Missoula, Montana in 2006 to lead the Five Valleys Church of Christ. Along with their two sons, Seth and Jesse, the Jensens have a daughter, Jessica Stubbs.

Nancy was born and raised in San Diego, California. She graduated from Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas with a Bachelors Degree ("BS") in Psychology. Nancy also did extensive graduate work at the University of Denver.

Susan McAllister, has successfully written and directed several plays and has been a script consultant for movies. She has been cast in independent films, commercials and has acted at such well known venues as the Laguna Playhouse in Laguna, California.

Susan, a friend of the family for over twenty years, helped Nancy fulfill her dream of writing Resurrected Mind. Susan and her husband Bruce now live back in her native state of Colorado. They have two sons, Jonathan and David, who are finishing their degrees at the University of Colorado in Boulder and a daughter Misty, who with her children and husband, reside in Aliso Viejo, California. Susan graduated from University of Colorado in Boulder.
