Scott Benjamin

Dr. Scott Benjamin is passionate about real estate. With his first townhouse purchase at age 23, he was hooked on the wealth creation power of real estate. Over the course of his career, he has bought and sold hundreds of residential properties, investing in office buildings, developed raw land, entitled apartment complexes, bought tax certificates, assigned contracts, worked within his self-directed IRA and many other tools used to create wealth in real estate.

Scott also enjoys business...all types of business. He received his undergraduate degree in entrepreneurship and real estate from the University of Miami and his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Maryland with a specialization in marketing. Scott also holds a Doctorate of Philosophy in strategic management and entrepreneurship from the University of Maryland.

Over the course of his career, he has been involved with 13 start-up ventures across various industries. Dr. Benjamin currently serves as a Principle for Signature Properties, a real estate investment and development firm, and CEO of Radiation Protection Services, a medical products company focusing on protecting medical professionals from the harmful effects of ionizing radiation.

Scott has been an active educator in the medical field since 1994 and has taught strategic management and entrepreneurship at the University of Maryland, George Mason University and most recently at Florida Institute of Technology.

Dr. Benjamin also believes in giving back. He remains active in the community through training high school student the concepts of entrepreneurship through Junior Achievement and by constantly presenting the concepts to real estate investing to anyone that is willing to listen.
