Kim Brownlee

Kim Brownlee was born and raised in Youngstown, Ohio, the third child of four, in a close-knit family. Loving the art of filmmaking, she wrote and registered several screenplays to be produced as Indie films. However, the recession came and changed her plans once again. Struggling to work at a "regular" job to pay the bills, she no longer had the time to make any films at all. This is when she made the decision to transform all of her screenplays into a series of novels called Avenwell Bluffs, writing in whatever spare time she could find."Being unable to make the Indie films I had wanted to make has actually been a blessing in disguise. Being forced to create more detailed story lines for a novel, I have grown to really know and care for all of the characters in my stories. It is my hope that you will get to know and care for them, as well."
