Tia Murry

Dr. Tia Murry is an award-winning author, educator, entrepreneur, and transformational leader with more than twenty-three years of experience in education, social services, government, and nonprofit leadership. She is the Founder of FLI, LLC, a leadership and organizational development consulting firm, and the Co-Founder of Veridian Christian University, a fully online Christian university dedicated to expanding access to higher education.

Throughout her career, Dr. Murry has led organizations through growth, innovation, and meaningful change while championing equity, lifelong learning, and community engagement.
