Lily Lin

I am the author of the recently published book, "Interviewing Successful Hotel Managers". So far, I have interviewed more than 50 top hospitality executives. I am also the author of dozens of articles that you can read in my blog.

For 20+ years, I was a senior lecturer & course-designer at the Hotelschool The Hague in The Netherlands. I was also an adjunct professor for MBA and bachelor programs at various American, Dutch and German universities. In addition, I have been involved in consultancy and training for many years.

I have bachelor degrees in Business Administration and Psychology. I also have an MBA and a Ph.D. in Strategic Marketing and TQM. I've completed the Revenue Management course from Cornell University.

I speak English, Chinese and German.
