Tim Leman

Tim Leman began his insurance career in 1997 after twenty-three firms turned him down out of college. He found a way into Aon anyway. He went on to spend twenty years building Gibson, serving as president and then CEO. He launched an employee stock ownership plan at the bottom of the Great Recession and guided the firm through its 2025 sale to Unison Risk Advisors. Tim is the co-founder of Agencio Advisory, where he works alongside CEOs who have become the ceiling on what they built. He lives in Michigan with Kimra, his high school sweetheart.
