Tammy Renee’ Moss is a philosopher, a keen observer of life, and a tenacious, witty social critic. An avid reader and largely self-taught intellectual, Moss has also done graduate work in the fields of theology and counseling.
She has been and continues to be, a teacher in several different capacities, having homeschooled her three children for many years and acted as a religious educator for both small and large groups. She has served as a keynote speaker for women’s retreats, special seminars for graduates, and for many different gatherings in the Christian community.
Moss is a prolific writer on numerous topics, using her creative imagination to write fiction in her spare time. Those who know of her compassion and insight into the human condition value her advice.
Moss, her third daughter, Andi Reagen and her husband, Eugene, reside in Northeast Alabama. Moss’ eldest daughter, Taylor, tragically passed away in December 2008 three weeks before her eighteenth birthday. Her second child, Tristen Danielle is a missionary in Santa Rosa, Honduras.
Moss has stated the death of her daughter was the principle influence in completing her first novel, Fermented Sin. She went on to say, “Writing is therapeutic; I become a voyeur of those who suffer on the pages I pen. In healing them, the Author of my life's story heals me.”
She is currently working the prequel to Fermented Sin and predicts it will be published by late summer 2015
