David Bez

David Bez is originally from Milan. A few years ago he came to London to work as an art director in the advertising and graphic design industry and he started his Salad Pride blog to chart his daily office salad creations. In 2014 became globally successful, inspired his debut book Salad Love and brought him publicity in Stylist, The Huffington Post, The Times and the Daily Mail where he was dubbed 'the man who sexed up salad'. In 2015 started a new adventure, exploring breakfast bowls, work that landed into a second internationally successful book Breakfast Love, all published by Quadrille.

In 2016 wile was working on this third exploration into soups and warm salads, David decided to open his first salad bar / cafe in Covent Garden, London, inside one of the most enchanted secret places in the city, Neal's Yard. The soup explorations ended into a very creative and inspiring book called SupperLove. In 2018 David Closed his tiny cafe in Neal's to start creating with others a much bigger and project. Plant Hub Hackney is a cafe, bakery, restaurant and cookery academy.

David now left the project to focus on his first love, exploring and writing about plant based food.
