Attorney Brian Douglas Sloan graduated from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California, with a Juris Doctor Degree and Certificate in Dispute Resolution.

Mr. Sloan then moved to Phoenix, Arizona, where he has spent my entire career, 10+ years, focusing solely on DUI Defense Representation, having representation approximately 2,000 DUI clients, and having done approximately 100 Felony and Misdemeanor DUI trials.

Mr. Sloan has written numerous published articles, created legal guides and charts used by Attorneys throughout Arizona, trained 1,000+ Attorneys on DUI representation at statewide seminars, and received numerous awards and accolades from legal associations and publications.
