Gloria Bucco

Gloria Bucco (1947- ) was a newspaper reporter and magazine editor for nearly 30 years in Colorado. Messages in the Trees is her second book of nature poetry. Beyond the Rise, her first book of poetry, was published in 2018. A third book is underway. Gloria is also the author of Precious Cargo: A Collection of Stories from the Italian Immigrants of Matawan, New Jersey, her hometown, and a co-author of Everything You Need to Know about Arthritis. She now lives in Lincoln, Nebraska, near her daughter's family but her heart will always be in the Colorado wilderness.
