Michael Moody

Michael Moody is a whole food plant-based personal trainer, author of the book Redefine Yourself, researcher, motivational speaker, and a lifelong student of the mind and body. His fitness and life-structure programs have helped his clients lose more than 3,000 pounds and transform their lives since 2005. With over 18,000 hours of one-on-one personal training sessions, Michael has truly refined the approach to fitness. He also hosts and produces the podcast, "The Elements of Being," in Chicago.

Having researched emotion and coping behaviors in university-level studies, Michael has presented various fitness, motivation, body image, and stress-management programs at Illinois State University, DePaul University, corporations, high schools, and workshops while also serving as the former fitness expert on NBC's The Biggest Loser/MSN Chicago tour.
