Jacques Soine

Jacques Soine is a finance and business management professional, founder of FinSyt and writer on responsible AI adoption in finance. He brings more than a decade of executive leadership across education, public health, non-profit organisations and commercial business. His experience spans Board and executive reporting, international donor-funded programmes, audit, internal controls, financial systems and organisational change.

He is Financial Manager at Cannons Creek Independent School NPC in Cape Town. Alongside this full-time role, his FinSyt research and writing examine how finance leaders can redesign work, strengthen governance and demonstrate measurable value from AI while preserving human judgement and accountability.
