Randy Barth

Randy Barth is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of THINK Together, one of the nation’s largest providers of academic support programs for low-income public school students. A successful investment advisor for various Wall Street firms and former private company CEO, he founded THINK Together as a volunteer in 1997 and served as the organization’s Board Chair until the sale of his company in 2003, when he became THINK Together’s full-time CEO, leading the organization from a grassroots operation serving 2,000 students on $1.5 million in revenue to serving more than 100,000 students on over $65 million in annual revenue. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from UCLA, and studied under Peter Drucker at the Graduate School of Management at Claremont Graduate University. He and his wife, Mary, live in Santa Ana, California with their daughters, Emily and Katie.
