Cindy Spear

Cindy Spear worked with Dr. Jerry Falwell's Old-Time Gospel Hour for eight years, serving in editorial services and as Coordinating Editor for the magazine FUNDAMENTALIST JOURNAL. In 1989, she joined Church Growth Institute as editor and transitioned into various administrative roles spanning 25 years. In 2014, Church Growth Institute became ChurchGrowth.org. Cindy was pleased to remain on staff as Operations Manager, under the direction of Bill Greig III and his wife Rhonni. Cindy has enjoyed serving in several local church ministries including roles in children’s ministry, women’s ministry, and special committees.
