In 2016 Chris started his company Marathon Youth Ministry, Inc where he helps parishes and youth ministers grow stronger and healthier ministries for the next generation. Through his organization, he provides professional coaching and consulting for pastors, youth ministers and directors of religious education.

He is married his beautiful wife Kate, and together they have two amazing sons Matthew and Benjamin. In his spare time, he enjoys cooking, working in his garden, hiking, and, most especially, running. He currently volunteers and serves on the board for unCUFFed Ministries where he leads a small group of young men (15-17 years old) serving time in the Baltimore County and City Juvenile Detention Centers.
