Timothy R Riese

Timothy R Riese (1982-) was born in Miami, Florida and spent most of his life living in the central Florida region. He was home schooled for most of his primary/secondary education until 10th grade where he went into public school. During his senior year in high school he dual-enrolled in his community college where he got a jump start on his college education. After graduation he then transferred to the University of Central Florida where he received his B.A. in television and film production.

Through his early years Timothy was always writing, at the time his stories were in screenplay format but that changed after college and his eventual move to Los Angeles, CA. His move to Hollywood was motivated by his desire to be a Director of Photography for motion pictures. Timothy always envisioned his stories in moving images and wanted to lend his skills to other storytellers to bring their stories to life.

After meeting many screenwriters and seeing how difficult and expensive it was to get your movie made he decided that perhaps a better avenue existed for telling his stories. His wife's (Jaclyn Friedlander) recent success in her "Friends with Fins" book series for children gave him the motivation to try and put his stories into a novel form. The decision was a wonderful one. No longer constricted by budgets, production schedules, and 'green lights', Timothy's imaginative stories can now be told with no limits to his vision.
