Connie Stephany

Connie Stephany was born in 1975 to her loving parents Curt and Carolyn. Her mom is still alive but her dad sadly passed away from dementia in 2021. She grew up in St. Paul, Minnesota with her four sisters and one brother.

Connie's first novel, published in 2015 and being republished in 2023, “Second Chances”, was a finalist in the 2015 National Indie Excellence Awards. Her second Novel, “Second Look”, was published in 2016. She also has a short story, “Fooled Around and Fell in Love”, and hopes to one day work on her third novel, “Second to None”, timing TBD.

She writes what she likes to read; fictional romance with happily every afters allowing the reader to escape every day reality, even if just for 20 minute each night. Although they are fiction, they do contain some real events and locations from Connie's life in Minnesota. This is especially true in her second novel, Second Look.

Connie lives in Zimmerman, Minnesota with her husband, Bob, of 24 years. They have three children (Hannah, Bobby and Zoey), a son-in-law (Ethan), a grand-daughter (Eleanor), a dog (Millie) and a cat (Kitty). Along with her friends, some of which she has had since grade school, her family are her biggest fans. No one encourages her more than her loving husband and children.
