I've been interested in programming since I was a teenager and have enjoyed the experiences that software development has provided me. There are many aspects of software development that I enjoy, but I think the creative side has been the most appealing. The chance to design and think through complex problems. Recently I've started to be interested in the processes used to deliver quality software. Software development methodologies have always interested me, but with the adoption of Agile, my interest in this area has increased. Now I enjoy focusing on process improvement in organizations and helping others learn how much more fulfilling software development can be given the right support.
