Kevin J. Dill

Kevin J. Dill was born June 28, 1981 on the south side of Chicago. He attended grammar schools on the south side of Chicago, Dixon, St Clotilde and St. Dorthy's. It is at St. Dorthy's that Kevin discovered his love for writing during a 6th grade project he wrote his first short story "Kevin Spade in The Lost Ruby". At CVS high school Kevin focused on other career paths namely electronics. He went on to major in Electrical Engineering at NIU for thee years before leaving to go to Devry for one year. After not finding fulfillment in his chosen area of study Kevin proceeded to work odd Jobs at Jewel, Binny's Beverage Depot and US Energy savings Corp until coming to work at Whole foods Market. At Whole Foods Kevin found stability that allowed him to work on himself. Eventually Kevin began to feel the urge to write again something he had long since left behind. He took a writing workshop at the Writer's loft with Jerry Cleaver on Chicago north side it was there Kevin realized that his true passion in life had always been writing. Since then through his writings Kevin has been trying to use his imagination to open up new worlds for others and in turn bringing his life true purpose to fruition. Now with the Team Adventure Kids series, his dream has become a reality.
